As the closing date approaches, we are getting more and more excited to move in and make it our own. My fiance and I are not afraid to get in there and get our hands dirty. Fortunately, our new home will keep us busy with projects galore!

The outside of the home will remain largely untouched until next summer (unless we just can't stop ourselves). Later on, we plan to paint it, add some craftsman features, and pretty up the landscaping.
The beauty of this house is all in the potential. It has all of the spaces we are looking for and a wonderful layout. It's screaming for new flooring and paint, updating all around and added pretty touches.
